  1. This offer is valid for two (2) persons traveling together.
  2. Both passengers under a single voucher must travel on the same date and tour. The offer cannot be split or partially redeemed.
  3. Guests may purchase multiple vouchers for additional travelers. Multiple vouchers may also be redeemed on different travel dates through Baisan Travel LLC.
  4. Booking Period: Purchase your voucher on or before 30 June 2027.
  5. Travel Validity: Voucher must be redeemed and utilized on or before 31 July 2027.
  6. Advance booking is mandatory prior to the tour date. For reservations, pickup details, and tour confirmation:
  7. Centralized pickup points will be provided. Hotel and home pickups may be available subject to location, route, and operational feasibility.
  8. Guests must strictly follow all pickup, departure, and sightseeing timings provided by the tour guide and driver.
  9. Due to parking restrictions and scheduled tour operations, vehicles cannot wait for late arrivals. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late at pickup points or tourist attractions may be left behind. Guests should immediately contact the tour guide in case of any delay.
  10. Guests may carry their own snacks, meals, and beverages. A meal break of approximately 45 minutes will be provided at a food court, market, or designated refreshment location.
  11. Complimentary drinking water (2–3 bottles per person) will be provided during the tour.
  12. Payment may be made at the time of pickup, subject to prior booking confirmation.
  13. No refund, compensation, or partial refund will be provided for:
  • Missed attractions due to guest delays.
  • Government restrictions or closures.
  • Road diversions, traffic regulations, weather conditions, or route changes.
  • Any attraction or service missed for personal reasons after tour commencement.
  • Partially utilized vouchers.
  1. One (1) complimentary date change is permitted if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to management approval. Rescheduling requests may be submitted via:
  1. Open-dated vouchers remaining completely unused may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification and approval by Baisan Travel LLC and applicable conditions.
  2. In the event of Force Majeure, operational disruptions, or non-availability of the tour by Baisan Travel LLC, guests will be entitled to a full refund.
  3. Baisan Travel LLC reserves the right to amend itineraries, schedules, pickup timings, routes, or tour operations when required for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons.
  4. This voucher makes a perfect gift and may be purchased for family members, friends, relatives, colleagues, or loved ones.
